The Common Pasture

The Newburyport Common Pasture roughly consists of the land bounded by Storey Ave. to the north, I-95 to the west, Low St. to the east and Scotland Rd. to the south.  The undeveloped part of this area, about 800 acres in size, is the last large contiguous tract of privately owned land in the city.
